Sandy’s aftermath is still affecting countless people in New York, New Jersey and other parts east. The news has been nothing short of chilling. How, it’s easy to wonder, can people still be without food, water and electricity in one of the most developed parts of the world? And while it’s the people, families and individual lives that are at the forefront of my concern, given the fashion-tech focus here, I’d be remiss in failing to mention that Silicon Alley fashion startups have not been immune to the mess. via Wall Street Journal
