While those features aren’t exactly earth-shattering on their own (I’m probably not going to use my handbag to buy another handbag, for example), the idea of a scan-able bag that interacts with a phone is, to my mind, not only unusual, but also compelling and speaks to what interesting types of high-functioning, yet fashionable accessories the future may bring.
Also, I like the lining.
If its Kickstarter campaign gets funded to the tune of $70K, the fashion startup hopes to ship bags come summer.
