Next week marks the kickoff of the first Fashion Tech Week in San Francisco. It’s a week-long series of events put on by Owen Geronimo (one of the key forces behind the San Francisco Fashion and Merchants Alliance and Fashion + Tech SF).
I’ll be participating in Tuesday night’s She Talks panel alongside Lili Balfour of Atelier Advisors, Alice Han of Zappos Labs, Tog + Porter’s Ellie Williams, Leadership Coach Karen Catlin and Vanessa Schott of Vergence Labs. In addition to networking and demos, the evening is focused on women, leadership and helping women to become successful entrepreneurs – and especially aimed at women interested in building careers in fashion and tech.
