High-tech underwear? Apparently, yes, technology may soon be going undercover and, well, getting involved with your undergarments.
I’ll admit, I did think this was a joke when this guy told me about Thinx, women’s underwear made of a high-tech textile that controls moisture, stops leaks and happens to be anti-microbial to boot. Part of it had to do with the fact that two of the three co-founders bear a striking resemblance to Janeane Garofalo (whom I adore). But it’s actually quite real, as is the fledgling New York-based lingerie brand’s Kickstarter campaign. With 20 days to go, they’ve already raised $35K.
